After the initial contact, we will schedule a meeting or conference call to discuss your circumstances in more detail. Before our appointment, we will send you a questionnaire to help you organize the information that we will need in order to fully understand your situation. You will also be able to send us any existing documents that you'd like for us to review.
If you are still in the information gathering stage, we will set up a consultation. The consultation will provide you with up to 1.5 hours of attorney time (including the review of existing documents) to evaluate your situation.

One we have enough information to design your plan, we will prepare drafts of your essential estate planning documents for your review. After we've answered all of your questions about your plan, we will schedule a signing meeting and finalize your documents for execution.

During the signing meeting, we will walk you through the execution formalities. During this meeting, we will also assist you with transferring to your new trust the assets that you've asked us to transfer. We will also guide you in handling future asset transfers that you decide to do yourself, confirm that we completed the work that you entrusted us to perform and discuss how to best maintain your documents up to date.
We will deliver your estate planning documents to you in an organized binder for safekeeping and will provide you with pdf files of your documents for easy reference.
